Trunk or treat
Is it weird to take your kids to a church you don't attend? I've never done it but there's a few churches advertising for tonight and Idk if it's strange to be a stranger.
^^They are events thrown by an establishment, where people sign up to participate. They deck the trunk of their car out in a theme (usually), and then families come through to trick or treat.
Most trunk or treats are advertised to the community, not just regular attendees. I've taken my kids to lots of them. I think they're great. They usually have activities for the kids to, are safe, and they end up with a good amount of candy in a short amount of time

Our church added a member directory this year so everyone got free family photos and the church paid for everyone to get a Free 8x10. Well the company emailed me today “reminding” me to order photos. They want $30 for a single 8x10. They sent them low RES but no watermark 😂 a few screen shots later.... and we have family photos 😅 I’d feel bad if their prices weren’t crazy.
*Trigger Warning* Child Predator?!?!
I found out 2 days ago that a boy 13-14 who goes to our church got kicked out of church camp last year for making a younger student suck him off, and telling the kid that he would kill him and his family if he told. (Luckily the kid told his mom anyway). Also last year he was kicked out of school for inappropriate touching.

I’ve seen this everyday, for a couple of days and it’s just bad Info. Please stop. If you are hurting for formula, check your local food bank/churches.
So hard to find a good church around here ☹️
Hi all. I'm thinking about getting my daughter baptised. Me and my partner aren't regular church goers, he's not religious at all but I was brought up CofE and attended church as a child. I'd love my daughter to be baptised at the same church I grew up in but I'm wondering how I go about it? Will I be better off attending a few Sunday services and building a relationship with the church? Or do I go in straight and enquire about baptisms? I'm not sure what to do.
No that's why they do it! Lol. I have taken ds1 3 different ones the past years. We went to one tonight. It was ds2 first one and I think he liked it. ?
Edit. I grew up in church. We literally perpared it more for random kids than our own lol. Btw most don't push church on you. They do it for the kids to have a fun safe place to get candy and show off their customes.
