My first attempt at recreating the creepy child came out pretty alright. The next one will be better.

I used thinned down monster mud (5 parts joint compound to 1 part paint, enough water to make it cover smoothly) I dipped and spread it out by hand.

This one is for our fence outside but I want a couple sitters for the base of my fireplace (is that called a hearth?)

Also, I saw glow in the dark spray paint and curious how that will look for one outside ?

Whatcha mean, Sangria? The instructions going around the internet were to use stiffening spray but I read it just wasnt working. Monster mud is a halloweeners dream material because you can do anything with it. Just buy joint compound and any color and mix it up.

The hardest part was finding the right doll. I got lucky and found an old talking big bird in a closet. I reconstructed his feet then wrapped him in duct tape so it was easy to remove the cloak after it dried.
