Hair skin and nail vitamins by natures bounty, healthy balanced diet, drink tons of water, deep condition with coconut oil, scalp massage, little or no heat styling, don't wash everyday, keep split ends trimmed.
Vitamins, no heat, washing it 2-3x a week max, using only a wide toothed comb when it's wet and a boar bristle brush when it's dry, leave in conditioner and hair masks, etc.
Basically just keep it as healthy as you can and it will get long. If you give yourself split ends then your hair won't grow because it'll just keep breaking off.
I have to straighten my hair or it's ridiculously hideous lol
I don't blow dry it really, I wash it every other day. And I've been getting it cut often to keep my bob. I'm ready for it grow but I'm so impatient :( Thanks for all the tips guys
Pre-natal vitamins, massage your scalp everyday for 5mins or more. Trim your hair whenever you need to, every 6 weeks trim doesn't apply to everyone's hair types and texture. Drink plenty of water daily. Avoid heat if you can't lie ever the setting and chemicals.
I doubt it's hideous! I love natural hair.. But if you absolutely have to straighten it, get a high quality heat protectant to apply before straightening.

Massage coconut oil into your scalp for 10-15 minutes a few times a week. My hair grows twice as fast as usual when I do this.
