I'm not sure! Lol I was so on top of tracking my opks for the past 6 months and getting stressed that I told myself to stop.
My cycles range from 32-36 days, and I'm on CD 32 today, so I figured I'd test for the heck of it. Plus I didn't feel O pains like usual, and I have no "symptoms" indicating AF showing either. ? I just gave up this cycle.
