When I had a D&C I counted it as CD1.
It was a long cycle for me as was spotting for nearly 3 weeks.

I am so sorry for your loss! I was 14 weeks when I had my d&c on August 24th. My story is not the norm. I bled for 46 days straight. Stopped for a few, bled for a few, stopped and started again. ER on 9/26 confirmed retained products. Cytotec on 9/26 and 9/27. Repeated d&c Nov 3rd. Still waiting on negative blood work and my first AF.
