Is this absolutely necessary? They make my son vomit. I dont want to give it to him anymore

I never gave them to my daughter and haven't given to my son. Was never told to do so.

No, my Peditrician Said they are not necessary and waste of money. Baby should be getting all his nutrients from the breast or formula.
