Sleep
I literally cannot sleep. I'm pregnant after a miscarriage in June and my mind is just running all night long about how the baby is, if it's healthy, if I got pregnant too quickly. I'm just so worried, I'm up all night and when I do finally get a little sleep it's so restless, I'm constantly waking up and peeing and making sure I'm not spotting. It's miserable. I'm so exhausted, but can't sleep at all... What do I do, this can't be healthy for the baby at all .... ??

I know this feeling because I lost my last pregnancy in June at 9 weeks and I just found out I'm pregnant again and I'm so happy but so scared and I'm always checking to see if I'm spotting and at night I lay in bed and worry and ask the same question I hope I didn't get pregnant too soon .. Just try to relax and know we really don't have control over what happens so let's try not to stress because that can't be good for the baby or ourselves so let's enjoy our pregnancy and pray this is our rainbow baby???

I'm literally in about the exact same situation as you just off by a few days. I felt the same way and I literally just told myself the other day to stop worrying and just enjoy this. I want to be happy and for my baby to feel my happiness. I literally just made myself become overjoyed and told myself regardless of what happens to just love every min of this experience regardless of the outcome bc in the end it's out of our hands. It's harder said than done I'm sure but I promise you, you will feel so much better.

Ladies I had a miscarriage Feb 7th 2016 , and found out I was pregnant again , march 14 a month later , I felt I knew my body because I knew something wasn't right my first pregnancy , and then even before I tested I thought I was pregnant again 2nd pregnancy and its just I know my body ... But I was paranoid and checking for blood every time I went to the restroom and still do sometimes . I am Currently 25 weeks 4 days pregnant with a healthy baby boy , so try not to worry as much and just be happy and positive????
