Gestational diabetes
I received a call this morning that I've got gestational diabetes I have a meeting tomorrow to find out about it all. I've been feeling like crap all day because I feel like I've failed my baby but I'm getting over that feeling as there's nothing I can do. Does anyone have any advice?
Yeah today went well thank you I've only done 2 sugar tests and they have both been under which makes me happy tomorrow will be a proper test as I'll be doing it 4 times then been reading loads about it and making notes to keep me on track. I no longer feel to guilty about it as there's nothing I can do about it but silver lining in is extra scans so I can see him more ? thank you for asking though xxx
I find out tomorrow about how they will control it. There saying there's a high chance I properly had it with my first as he was 9lb 6oz I'm just hoping once I've got all the details and know what I can and can't eat that it will all be fine. I just hope my little man is ok in there. Thank you ladies I'm so glad I have this app xx
You haven't failed your baby, the opposite as you could ignore it and that's failing baby.
Speak with them depending what level it is they may try and control with diet/oral medications or injections. I haven't experienced it but know friends who have and they've been induced, scared of tales of big babies and they've been smaller than mine who were 8lb x
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
