I passed less than a year ago and was told I. Can as it becomes a danger if you can't see properly! Take them and ask instructor x

Ask your instructor, it's down to individual preference really. I'm a driving instructor and happily let people wear them, if it's a case of not being able to see without them then it's safer to have them on!
