Induction scheduled!

I'm being induced on Friday! I worked up until 37 weeks & was scheduled to work this week as well. Due to contractions & my blood pressure being high, I spent a night in the hospital for monitoring. All my labs looked OK, and my BP was good as long as I was at rest. Due to having chronic hypertension, I'm at risk for preeclampsia & so was placed on bed rest. My OB says she would like for me to be induced on Friday, as I'll be 38 weeks. My BP has been so great all throughout my pregnancy, but these last few weeks, I'm so slow & uncomfortable, not to mention my BP kept creeping up. I know the minute I hold our son, I'll forget all the heartburn & discomfort. I'm praying for a safe labor & delivery for both my little son & me and can't believe we will get to meet him two days from now!
