Any littles standing yet? 6 months and just won't stop learning.
Oh. And she's got a sock in her right hand in this picture. She's waving it around. That's not something she's using as support.
@nadia when she was little tiny she hated being on the floor so she didn't get a while lot of tummy time. She started army crawling right before 5 months and it was because paw patrol was on my phone and I moved it away from her to show my grandmother how she stretches and wiggles to get to it and she started army crawling towards it. Right after that she started wanting to be on the floor more and started getting up on her hands and knees and her hands and feet. Then started sitting up and crawling and right after started pulling herself standing against furniture and once in a blue moon if her legs were in proper positions she stood up without holding on to stuff and now she's always standing up and for longer periods of time. I'm very proud because this is a child that is formula fed and had very minimal tummy time as a newborn. She's all go go go now. We think she'll be walking before 9 months. Even people that don't know her think she will be. Only time will tell. Her development could continue at this place or slow down drastically. Who knows.
@MrsWalters - ? What?! Strong little baby! Do you put LO on the floor a lot? I put the bouncer and sit up frog chair away to force me to do more floor time with Benjamin. He's been sitting up unassisted for about 3 weeks now, but I have to put him in that position.
@Tara - Bump on a log! ? I understand!
I always cheer her on and she gets so excited and falls on her bum.
I'm very proud. She's growing so fast and she always looks so proud showing off her skills. Huge smiles.
She's been crawling and pulling herself against furniture since 5 months and standing without anything around her has been once in a blue moon. Took forever to get on video. Now she does it constantly and for a longer and longer at a time. Its crazy how fast it happens.
Yes. It is. We just had a big move to a different province and at the old place I thought I had time before everything happened but as I was packing boxes she was crawling along unpacking boxes. My husband told me when I left today to go to the store she had climbed into a box and couldn't get out.
