I don't think he's cheating on you at all. My husband is horrible with money as well. And definitely goes a little nuts on beers when he goes out to eat. I would certainly be having a chat with him about it. Whether there's no cheap places or not, he can chill out on the alcohol to cut his spending at the very least.

Seriously every situation in a relationship half the ladies here lead it to cheating.

Girl just talk to man about what's going on and give him a set limit. If you need to make another account to transfer bill money into first thing when the check hits the bank.

Of course we are going to discuss where money goes. I'm a sahm and he's terrible with money. He brings in a pay check every Friday makes extremely good money. Yet out internet got shut off today because he continuosly says he is gonna pay it then never does. Now it'll be off for a week and he won't do anything about it because he needs 300 to live off of for the week.

dh and i always discuss purchases over $100. sometimes we don't have $100 to spare that week and i'd be p*ssed if he went and bought something without checking (he never looks at our acct!)

Apparently he went on it with a co-worker. 40 was for a ticket for him to go up in it and the rest was supper for the both of them he claims I knew but he never told me.

Did he take his coworkers out? Do you trust your DH? I would just ask him.

He's terrible with money. He's skipping bills and spend upwards of 60 dollars on supper daily. We talk about where money goes. If I didn't have any say we really wouldn't be living in a house cause he would miss the rent payment.

Depending on the amount of money I would expect my dh to run it by me and vice versa. If DH was going to spend $100 I would expect to know before it happened. I would just ask him, OP.

Well their money is joint. I'd be upset if my husband spent 100 without telling me..

Momof2, my DH and I always ask each other before we spend money, it has nothing to do with being grown.
