Wraps Vs. Ring sling?

I live in Canada and I am placing an online order. I'm not sure if I want a wrap or a ring sling baby carrier? I was looking at chimparoo and was confused about their sizing for the sling. I don't know what size I would need or why there are sizes to begin with? I'm so torn. Baby wearing mama's which is better in your opinion? Wrap or sling and why?
