Itchy!!

Is anyone else an itchy mess? I’m only 5w3d so I’m not having a lot of symptoms, but I’m so itchy. When I lay down to go to sleep at night I feel like my skin is crawling. It’s awful. I moisturize like crazy anyway, but now I feel like I need to slather myself 24/7.
