I’ve used it for several months. Was not a noticeable difference maker for me as I used it for 6 months before getting pregnant and miscarrying. It’s one of those things where I generally think it doesn’t hurt to try. But if you have good CM on your own, it likely won’t do much for you.

What does soft cups do ? U use them after sex so everything stays in or something ?
