Opk's may be your best bet. I have irregular cycles also. Some people swear by vitex to regular periods and promote ovulation/fertility.

Vitex or geritol

Take prenatal vitamins, check cm daily, track your temp and pray!

What does irregular period mean to you? Are you missing periods or does your cycle length vary from month to month? I haven't had a period in 3 months and I'm not sure if there's a problem or if I'm just irregular..!

I'm quite irregular myself - I'll be TTC this month once AF leaves but I turned to BBT and OPKs. I tested out BBT last month (orally) and it didn't seem to be too accurate or useful but I'm going to still continue it but this time using OPKs so I know when I ovulate. Booo to irregular cycles and best of luck to you ?
