I'm not sure why, but when I took my 3 hr glucose test my first hr was 143 and the second was 190. Sometimes I think it depends on your dr. Or nutritionist. With my first pregnancy the Dr. told me 1hr and nutritionist said 2. With this pregnancy both say 2 hrs. You should have tested 1hr and at 2 hrs just to check if your sugar was going up odd down and take the best number.

When I had GD I was told to test one hour after eating. You didn't do any harm to baby. I think they worry about the baby getting to big that's why they don't test till later on.

Also,why was I told to test after one hour when most seem to do two hours? So many questions.
