Has anyone had the pelvic floor/bladder sling surgery? How much did it hurt? (For leaking pee issues. Ugh.)

Two-month old Athena, daughter of @Athenas_mommy, is having cranial surgery for a fused forehead that she developed in the womb. The doctors are reconstructing her entire forehead, which will leave her unable to see for a week or so. And her recovery may be a long process. Long time member @junesmommy15 has a 4-month old son that was born with an undescended testicle, meaning it hasn’t come down into his scrotum yet. Her pediatrician explained that they will wait until he’s 6 months to see if the testicle will fall down on its own.

Sooooo Athena has to have the surgery 😥😥😥😥 I've been bawling I'm a mess ! I can't believe this is happening to my poor child ! Why ? What did I do that caused this ? I'm seriously on my knees bawling ! As much as I tried to prepare myself, I wasn't ready to hear those words . In 3 months she will have her cranial surgery & I pray to God she has a easy & speedy recovery ! Please pray for my baby ladies ! She really needs them !
I had a hysterectomy, cystocele, and rectocele repair a few months after my last c section. My surgeon did a bladder sling using my own tissue which hasn't worked that great. She did say I would have to have another done in a few years if this one failed. I was in the hospital for two nights and with the extensive surgery I had, there was a good amount of pain and I had to come home with a Foley catheter for a week which gave me the worst UTI I've ever had!
