I do a few times a week. Usually in the shower I’ll grab and squeeze and massage the tissue to see if anything feels different

I’ll check at least once a month when I’m in the shower. Sometimes more if I forget a washcloth and have to use my hands to suds up. It’s quick, painless and free!

My doctor said that without a doubt I would know, that it would feel like a hard rock but that it could also be a cyst. I just cant believe how young women are to get stage 3...my cousin who is also younger than me has stage 3...both these women have young children.

I check often. My mom and grandma both had breast cancer in their mid 40s so I have to start getting mammograms at 30 or 35 I believe.
