3 month old sleep schedule
Can you tell me your 3 month old's sleep schedule for day and night?
Lincoln turned 3 months last week.
His schedule varies a little every day but this is a pretty close representation.
8:00 5 oz bottle.
11:00 4 oz bottle
2:00 4 oz bottle
4:30 4 oz bottle
7:00 4 oz bottle
9:30 4 oz bottle.
He goes down for naps in between each feeding. They generally start about 1 to 1.5 hours after he wakes to eat and he sleeps until the next feeding time.
After the 7:00 feeding, we generally do something as a family and he stays awake longer. Sometimes he falls asleep during that...for example in a stroller on a walk or something.
No matter what, I feed him at 9:30 and he goes down to bed right after that and sleeps until morning :) Sometimes he gets a bit squirmy around 7 so I pull him in bed with me and he snuggles up and goes right back to sleep until he needs to eat at 8:00. This is probably a bad habit I'm forming with him...but I just love a little bit of sweet snuggle time :)
At 8 he gets a bath and around 8:30 he gets a 6oz bottle. He's asleep usually no later than 9:30. Since this sleep regression he gets up anywhere between 2-4am for another bottle and then is up for the day between 6 and 7:30am. He takes usually 2-3 30 minute naps during the day but as I'm typing we're going on 2 hours for this nap which is COMPLETELY unlike him. He maybe has an hour long nap once every few weeks
My little one is 2 1/2 months. goes down between 9:45 - 11:45pm really just for depends on what we did that day & when we had a bath! She has reflux so takes a 4oz before bed and doesn't wake up until 5:30-7:30AM then goes back down until about 9:30-10AM!
Mid day naps an hour after she eats for about 30-45 minutes. eat-play-sleep-repeat lol
I feel like my guy is all over the place! He never ever sleeps more than 4 hours. NEVER! He's up at 6 nursing..back to seep around 8 for 20-30 minutes, and this is the cycle until about 9-10 pm. He nurses and then sleeps for 3-4 hours. Up around 1-2 nursing, back to sleep til 4 but will sometimes be up every hour until I give up and just be awake for the day. He wakes to eat at night but only nurses a little and falls back to sleep before I can hardly burp him! And because he didn't eat much he keeps waking up. I've tried keeping him awake nope. He wants to wait one hour :( I need to nap for a year.
Jude goes down for the night between 10:30-11 he will literally tell me when he's ready, he gets grouchy and doesn't need to be put to sleep. He doesn't like falling asleep on me, occasionally he will fall asleep next to me, but usually he wants to lay down in his own space. Usually up between 5:30-6:30 nurses then he has a 2-4 oz bottle. Then back to sleep until 8:30-9:30 breakfast and nursing then nap until around noon. Then lunch and 2 oz then nap for 1.5-2.5 hours. Then dinner and another nap lol same length. He's very predictable and sleeping well these days. Finally!
Milller sleeps from 9pm-5am then back down till 9 ish but during the day ?? he refuses to sleep! He usually goes down 2 hours after waking up, sleeps for 40 min or so then up for another 2 hours then he takes a good 2 hour nap then back up and will sleep a total of 1 hour before bed
My little guy just turned 3 months last week. He sleeps on average 8:00pm-6:00am, eats then goes back to sleep until 8 or 9. Then he takes 2 naps a day, usually about 1.5 hours each. He's right at that 15 hours a day sleep schedule. But he sometimes stirs at night. I just stick his paci back in his mouth and he's good.
3 1/2 months bedtime starts at 8 usually asleep by 8:45ish (except for last night, which was his first night in the crib so he cried every 45 minutes) and sleeps till 8ish in the morning. During the day scattered 30 min naps, unless we let him sleep on us and then we'll get an hour or so.
So most of the time my baby will take his last bottle at 1130 midnight. And then will stay asleep until 8 am if I skip the late night bottle, he will wake up at 4 am wanting a bottle. He normally takes a brief nap at night from around 8 until the 1130 bottle. As far as daytime, I really don't pay attention he sleeps whenever he wants to and I only have them during the day, really on the weekends as my mom watches him while I work. But I would say that he takes his first bottle and he is usually only takes 2 long hour to an hour and a half nap in between during the day. He is totally different from my first baby who used to sleep from 8 pm to 8 am.
Jack is usually up between 7-8am. His naps vary in length. They can be anywhere from 20 min to almost 2 hours lately. Although he tends to take longer naps when I let him nap on me so I can sleep as well. His awake time is usually an hour to two hours depending on his mood. we start our bedtime routine at 7 and he is usually down by 8-830. Unfortunately he seems to be waking up every 3 to 4 hours for night feedings. Last night he was asleep by 830, up at 1230 for a feed, again at 3:30, and again at 6 where I brought him to bed with me so I could get some more sleep and he was up at 8 to start his day. I'm right there with you. I'm exhausted too.
Baby I'd 3 1/2 months. Bed time is 7:00 goes down with a 4oz bottle. Up at 10 & 1 & 4:30 wake for the day at 6:30 ish. Has about 4 naps a day (20-35 min) every 2-4 hours. Don't worry I'm still up alot with baby at night too.....pretty sure it is because she doesn't take more than 4 oz at each feed. My dr is looking into us starting cereal soon cause she has no interest in her bottle.
Ro not sleeping through the night
He’s 6.5 months old and still not sleeping through the night. Here’s his schedule:
I SERIOUSLY wish I knew about sleep training babies by 3-4 months. Like my 9 month old still refuses to sleep through the night. She still wakes up on average of 5 times. Her new pediatrician said she should have been taken off the 3 hour feeding schedule at night when she was at least two weeks old. I've been sleep deprived for 9 months because I just thought I was supposed to keep her on that schedule and now she's stuck to it /:
Whats your 3 month olds sleep schedule? I know every baby different but just curious how he compares to others his age

mommys who co-sleep
Did you tell lo doctor you were co-sleeping? What is the response im going to get from her dr this month? She is almost 6 months and weve been co-sleeping since 4 months. She starts the night out in bed until she wakes up to eat, and then she comes into my bed.
Three and a half months old. Sleeps for the night between 9:30/10. Wakes up for a dream feed between 2-4 and then goes back to sleep until 7. Nurses again and then wakes up at 10. After that he usually has a 45 minute nap at 12 and another at 3 and the last nap at 7. He's kinda sticking to this for now but some days he sleeps less and some days more.
