Penaten is thick and medicated white paste...stays well on bum to prevent from poo hurting bum...

I've been using A&D original. It's helped a ton. My poor son has had a bad little rash already cause he was pooping so much for the first few days that my milk came in. It's getting much better my dr also recommended Vaseline and the Aquaphor together. Said it creates a really good barrier together. Never heard of the P you use there. Is it just in the lotions and such like normal Vaseline?

I do the exact same! Vaseline with every diaper change and penaten if I ever notice it's slightly irritated. Seriously the best combo, I've been using it since my first ?

There's this really good Mexican ointment i grew up with and it works wonders I now use it on my kids and I love it it's for everything burns cuts rashes everything I love it
