I've been using A&D original. It's helped a ton. My poor son has had a bad little rash already cause he was pooping so much for the first few days that my milk came in. It's getting much better my dr also recommended Vaseline and the Aquaphor together. Said it creates a really good barrier together. Never heard of the P you use there. Is it just in the lotions and such like normal Vaseline?

I want to try A & D, haven't seen it on our shelves here.
Penaten is thick and medicated white paste...stays well on bum to prevent from poo hurting bum...

If it's not in the baby isles try first aid isles. It's good for burns and such.
