D&C
I'm scared to have one. For those of you who did how bad was it? We're you in a lot of pain for a while?
Thank you for your kind words. I think I'm more scared of the actual anesthetic and being loopy then the procedure. I'm still just numb.
I had one after my daughter was still born due to my placenta bursting, they had to empty out the contents. I was honestly so upset that I don't remember being in pain. I did bleed a lot post partum and was hospitalized for a week due to other complications but I just want to tell you that I'm so sorry for your loss. Hang in there love. The next few days are gonna be tough but don't forget that you have so much support here ❤
I had two... One while awake, one I was put totally under. They were both painless (thanks to medicine) but there was cramping after for sure. I bled forever with my first and realized it was due to retained "product" and had to have a second. so if you can schedule a follow up ultrasound for a couple of weeks afterward it might be a good idea... Keeping in mind I think that's a super rare happening. It's a pretty routine procedure though, don't sweat it.
It's definitely the mental/emotional pain that has more potential to take a toll imo
What would you do with $25,000
If you received an extra $25,000. What would you do with it? ?

I'm so sorry for your loss?
I was set for a D&C in Thursday but started bleeding profusely the day before.
I was put under and the physical recovery wasn't so bad but the emotional one took a bit longer. I had to rest and it was hard to not pick up my almost 2 year old son who needed extra cuddles.
I did have cramping and felt nauseous but they gave me pain pills to help ease it.
Pm me if you ever want to talk.
