transitioning to sippy cup
How did you ladies transition from a bottle to a sippy cup. If you give a bottle at nap or bedtime, did you continue that and give a sippy cup in the other times. Or did you just go cold turkey? Thanks so much in advance and please no bashing. Im super stressed about this.
At what age did u stop giving your kids a sippy cup and use "big kid cups" only?

How did you all wean your child off the bottle? My daughter won’t drink her milk out of a sippy cup for nothing...but will drink her juice out of one..

Sippy cups?! What sippy cups do you use? My son will be 7 months soon and I wanted to try a sippy cup but there are soooo many! He try’s to hold his bottle sometimes and I wanted a cup to help him transition. Any recommendations???? Thanks ladies!!

I just started giving him his formula in a sippy cup before he turned 1. He only liked the cheap take n toss ones. At one, no more bottle and he didnt care.

I started giving my daughter a sippy cup during the day. She preferred the rubber nipples over the hard ones but now she'll take anything.

I started with a sippy of water (soft spout) to play and experiment with.
Then once he was >12 months and could use a straw he got a straw sippy of milk at meal times.
At 18 months I quit his last bottle cold turkey. Well I actually tried to offer a sippy of milk, but he wasn't interested. It turns out my lo couldn't care less about losing his nighttime bottle.
I just have to try to push extra milk, cheese, or yogurt during the day to make sure he isn't getting less calories without that 6 oz of milk.

I only gave her the bottle at night.. During her nap and during the day she had her sippy cup.. It was actually pretty easy for me. I took it away the bottle after two days.

I continued to give my daughter he milk in a bottle before her nap and before bed and she would drink out of a sippy cup the rest of the time.
