I do think the Y in the top is creative but I'm not digging it too much. I get cell phone or electronic store vibes looking at it. The bottom is less creative but it's cuter. I'd add the Y from the top and put it on the bottom.

What if you put the blue teddy part round the face part of the top one? Around the y. That way its both and you can see the teddy part in the y!
