Days and nights mixed up
Days and nights mixed up
Am I the only one who's little one still seems to have days and nights confused? It sounds like everyone has these good little sleepers on their hands and meanwhile it's 3:30 a.m. here and I've been trying to get her to sleep for the last 4.5 hours. I know this is just a phase we have to get through but misery loves company so I ask, who else is dealing with this??

Yep we are in the wrong country! I'm in Australia want to trade places?

I live in PA and she was just up from midnight to 4ish. Nights seem a bit rougher for her. She's a month old. I sleep average 3 hours a day haha

Some nights she does fine and then we are back to her being up. I think the longest stretch of sleep last night was an hour ?

@holly - I'm in PA, too! Maybe it's something about our state haha. Sophie eventually fell asleep at 5, so I got like 2.5 hours of sleep. I just feel bad for my 17 month old because my patience is thin when I'm sleep deprived.
I'm sorry that you all are dealing with this, too! Here's hoping our babes let us get some sleep soon. Sleeping in one hour stretches is the worst ?

@babydreams - yes please!! That's a great solution ?

Flip baby! Head over heels.
Old wives take, yes but with my first born who was up all night I was willing to try anything lol She started sleeping better a few days after I tried this. Probably a coincidence but I was desperate!
