Uneven milk production. My daughter was born one week ago, and I've pumped probably 4 or 5 times since. Every single time my right breast produced more milk than my left. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Is there something I can do to even it out? Today I pumped almost double from the right than the left...

My right side completely dried up when my last child was six months old (the left side continued to produce for 2 more years) I hoped this new baby would kick start it again, but no such luck. No one can tell me why it stopped either, it's frustrating.

This is me ?? all day omg !!!

My right always produces more. It did with my son too. I think it's normal for one side to produce more.

I had that issue with my first. I'd have her nurse longer on the side that made less, whichever side I started on. If I started on the side with more, I'd stop her after like five minutes and switch. I also pumped between feedings on the side that needed the boost, not like a full pumping but I'd do maybe five to ten minutes. It took like a day, maybe a day and a half to get them even

Same here! Right boob makes more and that nipple is less sore. I was thinking maybe it's because I'm right handed so that muscle is stronger?

Same here... My right breast always produced more

I get more milk from my right booby! Its weird but apparently very normal :)

It's the same for me as well. I get more if I massage that side while I pump.

Yup. With all 3 of my kids, my left boob is the "money maker" lol. It always produces at least an ounce or two more than the right!

Most have one that produces more than the other. I bf/pumped for a year and that never changed

I'm experiencing the same thing. I usually get 2oz from my left and 3-4oz from my right. I've been pumping longer on my left to even things out but so far it hasn't made a difference.
