Omg I feel the same way ! I thought breastmilk was supposed to help their immune systems? Lol. He was sick with a stuffy / runny nose for so long and could barely eat because he couldn't breathe through his nose. He ended up losing a whole lb and now my doctor wants me to come back for weight checks. So stressful! I've also used all my vacation time at work to stay home with him when he's sick.

Yes, he's been sick ever since he started daycare in September :/ ear infections, colds, pneumonia, rsv, roseola, just name it lol luckily it's all been mild but I feel like a liar telling everyone how amazing breastmilk is lol

I took my daughter to the dr the other day as she's been sick for like two months straight. He asked me when did she start daycare, I'm like uhm two months ago lol definitely the culprit.

Definitely daycare. Just got a picture of my kiddo planting a big ol kiss on a little girl in his class. Cute, but gross! No wonder it spreads so fast! In his room they are always touching noses, eyes, and mouths. We've been to the doctor at least 6 times this year for various infections. Thank goodness he's part Cherokee and he gets free heathcare! ;)

My oldest was like that. It's so frustrating when you can't help your kid feel better. But, they are building up immunity to everything they catch.

I think it's just tough with flu season! I'm a stay at home momma and both my kiddos have been getting sick every other week it seems since Christmas! Hope everyone is feeling better soon!!

Yeah. I thought breastfeeding would have helped more. Daycare seems to be the culprit for us as well. It's frustrating. If it makes you feel better, his doctor told us that she has read research that showed kids in daycare have a lesser chance of getting cancer because of the extra immunity that's built. ?
