Baby Toys ! Does anyone's baby actually play with toys? If so...can you recommend any to me ? Lol.

My LO loves a lot of her toys, more or so the ones that light up and play music. She also loves when we wash out a danimals smoothie container lol she'll yell into it, cry into it... beat it around on stuff. It's funny to watch.

We have a ton of toys but my lo prefers a metal pot, a large straw, a whistle, and a bottle set up for my breastpump lol

I really wish we had walkers available in Canada and not just the push walkers. They were banned :(

Yeah Oliver would rather find cords and get into stuff but if I play the toys with him he likes them better. Or if I put him in the play yard he will play for a little bit. He likes balls, plastic keys and things like that, he has this stuffed animal that has buttons you push that sings, loves those books that are waterproof- he chews on them. He absolutely loves his walker. I can block him in the living room and let him walk in it while I clean in the kitchen and watch him. If I'm really desperate I put him in front of the tv in the exersaucer or high chair and play little einsteins or Mickey Mouse clubhouse- like if I need a shower lol.

My lo definitely prefers things that aren't toys but he has a few he loves...little activity table he stands up to and there are things to do, push walker, wooden maze, blocks, and an alphabet train (it has a seat for you to push them on or you can unattach it and they can push it)

I have an activity jumper for B. He can jump and swivel around to play with all the toys. It lights up and plays music as he jumps. He likes it for about 15 minutes then he wants out lol so I put him in the pack n play to play with some toys while I get things done.

Like pp we have a wooden maze and she likes it alot. For christmas she will get a big wooden activity cube. Here are links.

We have one of those things (don't know what they are called so I'll try my best to describe!) That are basically plastic wires bent in loops and dips and blocks sliding on them. My toddler and baby both love it. We also just got her a walking toy with little activities on the front. She pushes it around the house walking or can use it stationary as an activity table.

My lil girl loves these foam blocks, ahe just chews on them all day. She also loves little board books to slam on the floor and chew the corners lol.

We have one toy where you have to hit the lever for a ball to come out and he plays with that pretty functionally. I really just want to distract him with age appropriate toys because obviously electronics and wires aren't safe lol.

Thats totally normal for there age though. If Matthew grabs a toy he normally just hits it on something ot shakes it. They dont have the mindset yet to play with it appropriately

Hmm maybe I'll try blocks then! Lol he literally spends all day trying to find things that aren't toys (remotes, wires, phones, socks etc).

Nope lol. He will pass a ball for a second but I dont think hes doing it on purpose lol. He mainly just chews on his shape sorters and blocks haha. He will shake the rattle ball. Most of the time hes chasing big brother around
