Just got over one. I got cotton balls and froze them and would put them in my butt and then I would soak apple cider vinager and put it on a cotton ball on the roid for about 30 min. You have to take a warm bath right after because it burns bad but it got rid of it fast.

Yup. Never had one till halfway through this pregnancy. Freaked me out a little at first. Did some googling and talked to my doctor, and now it's just part of life as a pregnant lady. ? Oh the things they never tell you. Or if they do tell you they should include all the gruesome details.

Pre-moistened Tucks pads, a warm bath with some lavender essential oil, stay extra hydrated, & when you sit, try to lean on the arm of the couch and sit kind of sideways on your hip with your legs up instead of sitting flat on your bum

Thanks for the help ladies. I bought a sitz bath, some cotton balls and witch hazel and some preparation h.. Hoping it helps but they almost feel so bad I think there's a tear. I'm so sorry @MrsQuintana ! They are so horrible :(

Soaking in warm/hot water has helped me so much. As with the witch hazel

Yes. They are awful. Have a hot Sitz bath with Epsom salts at least twice a day, use tucks pads or witch hazel, and I alternate prep h and Desitin 40% cream. You also need a fibre supplement, stool softener like colace and drink tons of water to keep everything moving. They are often caused by straining from being constipated. I have one right now that is brutal and didn't respond to home treatment so my doc gave me a steroid cream to use four times a day and try and shrink the sucker.

I had one a while ago and it was horrible I've never had them before either. I used a cream and witch hazel wipes, the wipes seemed to do it for me felt relief within a couple days!!
