Thanks everyone! I have been having headaches every night, but I've been eating a lot of fruit! Hopefully this doesn't last long !

Possibly! Whenever we stop something there's usually a reaction. Sugar is more addictive than some drugs from what I learned. I would suggest to still intake sugar but healthy sugars Bc your body still needs some. I drink meal replacement shakes that have low carbs and low sugar Bc it's low glycemic so even diabetics can drink it. I buy them online, msg me if you want the website

I went through that when I quit soda cold turkey. It was terrible. I had headaches and what not

It totally can be. Your body was used to getting sugar to add more pep to your step and now that you're not doing that your body is trying to figure out how to get that pep without it. Instead eat fruit that can wake you up like apples and oranges. Anything with citrus in it will naturally pep you up :) and of course drink plenty of water.

It could be but give it at least a week and you should feel much better drink at least 8 8 oz glasses of water
