Vitex ?!?!?
Hey ladies. I just ordered vitex online to try it. We're currently not trying to conceive (waiting until june) but I wanted to try vitex to see if I can shorten my cycles. Right now my cycles are 45 days, and I think my luteal phase is longer than average so I'm just wondering if anyone has tried it and has it worked well for you? Thanks !!!

I haven't tried it yet, but I was thinking about it. I hope it can lengthen my cycles. Mine are only 17-21 days.

Yes, I've been using it and it worked within a month for me, not saying I'm pregnant yet, but it sorted my af. I was having trouble after bc, and was having af every two weeks, so I'm back to a 28 day cycle now :)
