I have a 3rd nipple and yes when ur milk comes in it gets milk. I had to massage it in the shower and after a few weeks in went away from not being used. It was like a knot and painful because its exactly where my underwire lays. I went braless and stayed home til it resolved itself

I didn't know until a couple years ago at a doctors' exam. She asked if I knew what it was. "Uhh, a mole?" Definitely looked at her like a crazy person.

Also asked if I wanted it removed. Nah, it can chill. It's been there this long, and I'm not that vain of a person to have moles -- or nipples -- removed.
