Try rubbing alcohol and cotton balls. It always worked when my mom took our tattoos off

I think they say use baby oil. Not sure if you've tried that already. If not, it'll be a little harsh, but try a bit of rubbing alcohol.

Lotion, makeup remover, Vaseline...time lol
