Vitex advice please!
I have just received my first bottle of vitex. I am confused about the dose, as it is in liquid form. The bottle suggests 2ml x 3 times a day. But there's 1,000mg in each 1ml of it. If I follow the instructions, I'd be getting 6,000mg of the stuff per day!

Have you ever been on maca root? I've been taking it for 6 weeks, and I've put on a lot of weight since I started ? I'm wondering if it had that effect on anyone else?
Vitex question ladies.... I've been taking vitex for almost a week now, have any of you been using it and have had a period yet? ..... I took it the day before my period, unknowingly, and my period was lighter than my extreme heavy flow, and seems to have shorten to 5 days, rather than my usual 10 day flow. Anyone experienced AF change as this? Especially so soon.

How much water do all the mommies here drink a day? I try to drink no less than 4 bottles of water a day.
I'm reading reviews on bottles && getting a little worried. . I didn't know baby's have to "latch" on to a bottle.. I thought a bottle was a bottle.. I got the avent bottles that I really wanted && someone also gave me the mam bottled. I want to buy more avent because I only have 10 bottles total. but I don't want to buy it && the baby rejects it. what do you guys think?

I did try maca root a few cycles back and it made me put on weight too and my af was lighter too which I didn't want. I stopped taking it but there have been a few girls with success stories. It wasn't for me x
