Its the worst. None of the fiber pills, laxatives, veggies or greens helped me at all. Just gave me bad gas. The only thing that helps is drinking 6-8 oz of prune juice a day. Its disgusting and i gag but it works within hours with zero cramps like laxatives. The key for me is to drink that crap quick like its your birthday shot lol. Cheap, easy and no harm to baby

I eat like 2 or 3 fiber ones a day... That's the only way I can poop an actual poop. Lol and its so exciting! I hate being constipated.. But fiber ones work for me. And they taste great too. Specially the strawberry cheesecake :p

My midwife confirmed that magnesium citrate is safe during pregnancy, but start with half or a quarter of the bottle. If you take it all you’ll likely find yourself super crampy, and that you want to avoid.

I️ wouldn’t suggest taking an enema while pregnant. Have you tried drinking tons of water and upping your fiber? If it’s not working what was prescribed by the doctor I️ would go back and inform them. Good luck mama

Enema’s are ok. I caved in and took Miralax today.

My dr told me today if it gets bad enough take milk of magnesia?! Never tried it before but 10 days don’t sound too good. He told me if 4,5 days go by try it. Good Luck.
