I just switched to breastflow Bottle , it has a nipple inside the nipple, suppose to mimic drinking from the breast. Also decrease colic and gas. I've only been using for a few days, but I like it, no gaging like with the tommee tippee.

Como tomo & Dr. Browns have worked well for us:)

We use Dr. Brown's. LO sucked too much air with tommee tippee.

I had serious issues with dr Browns 4 oz bottles. No one else? Just switched go avent and no leaks so far!

We have avent natural, tommee tippee, and mam. He seems to like the mam the best. He doesn't get the milk quite as quickly with that one, and they have an anti-colic design.

We started with Avent but she got horrible gas from it even with gas drops. Switched to Dr. Browns and absolutely love them. They have an interior system that pulls any air to the back of the bottle.

My breast fed baby will only take tommy tipee. We tried advent and medela. Luckily I didn't have to try to many before we found the right ones. It's to bad they weren't the bottles I got from my shower.

I went from breatfeeding to bottle feeding with success using Madela brand with slow flow nipples. Although, I had to use a nipple shield to breastfeed due to latching issues, so my theory is my baby being used to the plastic texture and shape of the shield probably made the transition to bottles a little easier for us. We still use 5oz bottles, when we have to go up to 8oz bottles we have Philips Avent Natural with stage 2 nipples, I'm hoping it goes well...
I hear it's not so much the bottle, but the flow speed and shape of the nipple that matters concerning gagging and air issues.

Yeah they might be my next try! They are reasonably priced and have great reviews!

Tommee tippy is the only bottle my breastfed baby will take. I've tried most other bottles.

I've heard good things about dr Browns. Has anyone tried tommee tippee?

I LOVE dr Browns. They are amazing and I've used them with all 3 kids now. I was told by my lactation lady to use wide nipple bottles.

I'm in the same boat. I start work Thursday and he still hasn't settled on a bottle he likes... I'm starting to get a little worried.

I used the avent with my first and he took it right away so that is what I tried with my girl and she just won't take it!

I use Avent and did with my first baby too. Never had to try any other bottles with either and neither had any issues with this bottle or nipple confusion.
Both babies were EBF with an occasional bottle until 12 weeks and started getting bottles while i work. I could just be lucky tho--both have been really good BFers and good eaters in general. Good luck!

My husband and I tried so many different bottles & nipples before we finally found one that our son takes without any problem. We tried so many that I just about gave up! He hated them all, until I ordered a Lansinoh mOmma bottle with a NaturalWave nipple. He used to fight every other bottle, so we were overjoyed when he accepted it without any issues. He definitely prefers the breast, but gets a bottle a few times a week. Good luck! I hope you find one that your LO will at least tolerate. It can be so hard!
