Dizziness? I've been so dizzy/lightheaded. Anyone else? Not to mention VERY tired. Just feel drained and nauseated.

This all started this weekend for me. I've gotta get up at 5:30 tomorrow for work. I don't know how I'm gonna last!! Now my new thing is waking up in the middle of the night STARVING and nauseated. Even if I eat before bed. WTF

If I had a choice, I'd go to bed at 8+pm too! But have chores to do! Will try to make myself awake till 9:30pm

ME TOO!!!!! I keep getting dizzy and I know I am not dehydrated, It is driving me crazy!!!!! I hope this goes away really soon!!!! And I am so tired that I turn in at 8 pm I just can't help it!!

Also, make sure you are well hydrated! My dizziness and headaches are the worst when I haven't drank anything for a while.

Yes they have iron. I've never been anemic before but I'm getting all my bloodwork at the end of the month. The dizziness stopped after I laid down for a little while. It sounds like it's a common thing!

do your prenatal vitamins have iron in it? Could be low iron. I know with my first I had it on and off the dizziness (actually have Vertigo prior to pregnancy and a few times had to take my medicine that pregnancy or I wouldn't have been able to function)

Yes!! One of my first symptoms with this pregnancy was dizziness! I had dizziness with my first pregnancy as well, so I was expecting it. Almost every time I stand up I get dizzy and have a head rush. I'm also super exhausted, I could sleep for 24 hours straight if I didn't have to pee every hour, and if I didn't have a toddler to take care of lol Also, my nausea is pretty annoying lately, I never puked with my first pregnancy, and I haven't puked this time around, yet.. But I feel like I'm having more frequent bouts of nausea with this pregnancy, but maybe I just don't fully remember what it was like the first time lol

Yes! I feel like I have an awful cold, just without the coughing! Light-headed, dizzy, hot flashes, headaches, terrible fatigue, and nausea. Lol.
