Sorry it's super blurry and stuff but this is clearly a sac and yolk sac right? I'm only 5+3 so that's all I expected to see but why did she say she couldn't call this for sure a sac?
on the 6th October I did 2 test with 2 lines , 3rd test was clear blue digital and was positive 2-3 weeks I was waiting for a month for a midwife appointment.. so yesterday I started bleeding went today for a scan and they go to me no sac .. but can see a cyst or a sac outside the womb so therefore she did another test there and it was negative .. she said if it was positive it would have been ectopic pregnancy but because it was negative she said it's miscarriage. Has anyone else been through this as am so confused ?? As some saying maybe I wasn't pregnant at all and it gave me positive results
guys does this look like two sacs? the lady didn't say anything when she was doing the ultra sound but someone said it looked like it so I'm kinda freaking out right now.
Went back to ultrasound I was 5 weeks 6 days still only sac and yolk sac can someone please ease my mind :(
look girls this is the first ultrasound on December 3 n know they say it's a empty sac
Her helmet she got so she can be safe (as she told me) when she rides her bike and scooter lol

@bcharm thank you ❤ I guess what worries me is that she said it was too small to measure it and it does look smaller than the ones I've seen online for the same time...I guess we will know Friday. ????

I'm somewhat an expert. I'm an ultrasound tech. Looks good!! But btw, we are taught to not give results of any kind in early pregnancy. Instead of her saying, she can't say it's a sac, she should've said, the Dr. will give you results ? We try to dodge answering questions.lol

Thank you!!! @afickley that makes me feel SO much better!! She didn't show me the screen. Told me that she couldn't tell if anything was there and then when I kept pushing her she was like well MAYBE there was a sac but it was so tiny I couldn't measure it. She didn't measure anything just took a bunch of pictures and then when she left and I was getting dressed that's when I saw this. And I was like WTF. But I only know from Dr Google. Hearing from you (another tech) makes me feel so much better. Then after I talked to the dr I asked for a picture (cause I didn't want her to know that I looked at them) and they gave me one after telling me they usually don't when they can't see the baby yet. But the one they gave me is not zoomed in... oh well. I just feel like I've been given the run around already and I keep having to call and follow up with things and it makes me seem annoying ?.

So I saw the dr. He said is exactly what he wanted to see. It's in the uterus. There is a gestational sac and a yolk sac. He wants me to come back next week for another ultrasound to see the hb. ?!! But I'm so relieved! He said the quants arent that important but my levels match what ultrasound showed so it's all good.

@pennwflower I think your scan looks exactly as it should for 5 weeks along ? (I consulted Dr. Google) - if I were you I'd still have it on my mind because you always feel true relief when you see a heartbeat but things do look like they should.
Hopefully they will do even just 1 more blood test to see how your numbers look in a few days. Then you'll have the added relief from those too.
I'm sorry you're having such a stressful time and I hope you can get relief soon!
There's a few ultrasound techs on BabyBump if you want a second opinion to ease the stress - @ajsmommy has been a tech for over 10 years and she's helped me a lot if you want to talk to her.

Well that was just the tech that said that. She said it was too small to measure. I'm waiting to see the dr. Idk if he wants anymore bloods now cause ultrasound is more accurate

I'm no expert, but maybe she can't say for sure until she sees how your numbers develop? Are you still getting bloodwork done? Good news is that it's in your uterus, so it's not ectopic... right?!
