Is Baby's Reaction to 4-Month Shots Similar to 2-Month Shots?

So it sounds like it could go either way lol. I hope it's not too bad! First time he just needed Tylenol once for soreness so hopefully that's all this time. Poor guy.

We just had 4 month shots today 2 in one thigh and 1 in the other and she cried way more this time and has been fussy and sore all day since? maybe you will have better luck!!

He got his shots today and reacted worse than his 2 month. He got the same vaccines as last time plus HepB, so 3 shots and an oral one. He wouldn't swallow the oral vaccine and started crying when the nurse tried to force him to swallow. He spit it all over himself, me and the nurse. I tried to calm him down before getting his first shot. Oh man, did he scream. He's much stronger now, so he kept trying to roll over. It was so hard for me to see him in pain. He looked like he was trying to escape, and he would look at me like why are you letting her hurt me. ? I gave him a bottle soon after he got his last shot. He calmed down immediately. I started to cry when the nurse left. After he was finished eating, I put back his onesie, and he gave me the biggest smile. Boy, did I need that!

It's been 4.5 hours since he got his shots. So far, he looks normal and being his cute self. Per nurse's instructions, I gave him Tylenol after 4 hours of getting his shots.

I hate these freaking shots!

4 month shots were worse for her. She developed a low grade fever and bloody poop for three days. Not trying to scare you but that's what happened. First time she had a decent knot on her leg for like a month.

Mine just had his today and he's MUCH better then the 1st go around...... He was horrendous the first time but he seems to be pretty happy today

Lo screamed her lungs out ? She got 2 shots on each thigh, developed a low-grade fever and a slight rash above her pubic mound. Don't know if it's related to the vaccination, she has started a bad cough too now. 1st vaccination was a breeze compared to this.

No, she barely cried this time. Last time was a total meltdown. She was fine after too, no soreness.

@Lil Lass No! I was hoping mine would after her two month and she didn't! We get 4 month shots Monday.

My lo slept extra for 2 days after his 2 month shots. Is that awful that I'm hoping for the same again??!
