Shaky and starving 2 hours after glucose test?
I took my glucose test today at 1000. Had blood drawn at 11 and I felt fine. But by 12 I felt like my sugar was actually low because I was starving and shaky. I ate lunch and I feel better but now I'm just tired. Did this happen to anyone else ?

Me too. I was ok after for about an hour then it hit me. I felt really tired again and light headed. Till i ate

Totally normal!! Your body needs protein after that test. I always make sure to carry a snack on me now

Ugh, I hate the glucose test. I've done the three hour three times already this pregnancy and will have to do it again. I always fail the first hour, end up normal at hour two, and then have a super low number at hour three.
I always try to go ASAP in the morning so I can eat early. Last time I did it, I went in to the lab at 6am lol.

My blood sugar dropped after my first one too, it only went up to 74 after the drink and that's without fasting. I got super sick after I ate. Not looking forward to doing it again, especially since it was quite clear at 13 weeks that I'm only hypoglycemic.

I almost past out. I asked to go lay down because I was feeling I could blackout at any moment. Not a fun test.
