It's the best when they feed from the other boob and it just runs out the other ;D you don't have to do so much work and pumping goes faster.. Most I've pumped is 5 oz

3.5 oz from one breast is the most I've gotten so far in one sitting. I usually get 2 oz per breast, so that was exciting!
