Oh girl, just read your comment. I totally can commiserate with that. You’re only human. Sometimes we have to say no.

ETA even if it’s only to ourselves to not take on everyone else’s crap.

But it’s kinda that season of life if you have little ones. I get to stay home with my girls so I can’t even imagine the additional pressures of going to work. It can be nonstop and little sleep always amplifies my feelings of desperation. Not to mention hormones.... if DH and I get into a spat, etc etc etc. it can often feel the walls are closing in around me.

I try to get outside and walk fast. Take deep breaths. Get away.

Thanks, ladies. It’s good to know I’m not alone. I am personally and professionally pre-disposed to be the one who not only keeps her own s*** together, but everyone else’s as well. Feeling like I can’t do either of those adequately frustrates me.
