I did this 5 times one day last week. To be fair I was recovering from surgery, but it was a good reminder to do my kegels!

I've had to sit on the toilet before and puke in my garbage can ? feel better pookie!!

Been there. But mine was a kidney infection that I thought was the flu. It was embarrassing when I was at school and had to walk out of class, run to the bathroom, threw up and peed my pants. I debated on going home but it was a 30 minute drive anyways so I just stayed. Worst 3 weeks of my life.

Done that! But at least I was pregnant

After 2 kids that pretty happens Everytime now. ? it's so humiliating.

Thanks, ladies. It's seriously miserable! I've been home alone with the kids all day and given the fact that my daughter doesn't know how to NOT be in my face, it's only a matter of time before she has it.

I actually contemplated vomiting in my daughter's potty earlier today while sitting on the toilet having diarrhea. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry at how pathetically sad and desperate that thought was! ??

From now on sit on the toilet and puke in a bucket. Or little trashcan. One time I had a really bad bug, well actually dh and I both had it thank God for 2 bathrooms, but anyway I felt like I was gonna puke again so I went into the bathroom and also realized I felt like I was gonna explode out of my butt so I sat on the toilet real quick and realized there was no trashcan in there to grab to puke in (it was being used bedside for puke) then I saw dd's step stool and if you flip it over it's basically a bucket.... sooo yea I puked in an upside down stool while on the toilet. That thing saved me and everytime I look at it I send it a little salute of gratitude!

Kids and husband started throwing up in the middle of the night so all over the beds and whatnot. I did about 10 loads of laundry Christmas Day all bedding!! Feel better soon

That’s the worst! I would take my pants off when I puked and deal with the mess on the floor. It’s been years though...going back to my college/party/pre kid days. There were some rough mornings.
