When you're desperate to use up some apples that can't be eaten, so you wrangle together apple spice muffins with a brown sugar crumble. (My house smells magical!)

I made a regular muffin recipe (I used Betty crocker muffin recipe) and added cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves to it. 2 large apples chopped and then brown sugar with cinnamon and cloves on top. I just kind of added to the batter until it tasted right, so I don't have measurements. I'm guessing you could probably get a spice cake box mix and add apples and the crumble and get the same basic recipe!
They are seriously tasty. I even surprised myself. ?
