We just roast them in the oven. A little salt pepper and olive oil. So yummy. They are my new fav veggie

I cut mine in half sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper and a hint of garlic power and bake them in the oven

Sauté in sesame oil with some sesame seeds, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, can add bacon too if desired

A little bit of butter, garlic powder, and olive oil into a sauce pan and cook the Brussel sprouts in that till they crisp.

Cut in half on cookie sheet in oven with olive oil garlic and bacon bits

Cut them in half marinade with some salt pepper olive oil and Grill them and serve them with a garlic aioli

Salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar. Toss it all around and bake in the oven, let them caramelize.. So good

I eat that with a lot of butter. But my sister she eats them fried in Polish sausage Grease. Lol.. she says they're really good that way.

Roast them in garlic/butter & pour a cheese sauce over them when they are done. Also good roasted with Italian dressing or fry them with potatoes & sausage.

I get about 2 lbs. and cut the stems off, then cut the sprouts in halves. Spread over baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped bacon. Bake for 25 min. at 400 degrees, then drizzle balsamic vinegar at the end. Yummmm... Keep the leaves that fall off so they can get crispy :)
