Puree it and make soup! It's delicious!! Serve it with warm bread. Pillsbury crescent rolls are the best with it!!?

I'm boring. Baked with butter and brown sugar.
Delish ??

I stalked your Pinterest page, car. I was so hopeful. Lol
Adrienna: that sounds delicious.
My initial thought was soup, but my husband won't eat it. ?

Yeah, it is woefully underrepresented on my page.
Eta I may try the soup and the roasting, just because I don't eat meat and they both sound simple and fast ?

I was thinking of cubing it and roasting it with a little garlic, salt and red pepper.

Butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Easy.

I just cut mine in half. Brush with olive oil and cook slice side down for 30/45 min (until soft) @350. Then I eat it with butter and brown sugar. So good!!!

Soften it, then add butter and marshmallows. Yum!

30 minutes in the oven at 350. (Whole, uncut) remove. Cut in half, take seeds out. Make a stuffing out of bread, rice, whatever you have on hand, stuff, cover with foil. Back in oven another 45 minutes or so.
