When I was younger I was on the receiving end. I remember it h3oping our family so much. Especially during the holiday break when there's no school, so no school lunch. Left overs usually lasted for a few days. Good for you and just remind your children why you're just giving away food. There are always someone out there that's going to say something negative. It really is a blessing to some families to just have food on the table.

The point of my post was to show your children at a young age what it is to be selfless and the kindness of giving.... not to boast or brag or ask for kudos from others :) I give all year long in many different forms and my children love to help others.... raise your children to know and understand if you have and are able to help others do it

I think its great when people can help others without feeling the need to post about it on every form of social media to receive compliments and praise.

I think helping someone once is even making a difference in this world someone should not always have to help to be helping any act of kindness is making the world a better place little by little

Thank you ladies! They love to help others. We provide groceries to families in need throughout the year and we make homemade chicken soup when its cold and go feed the homeless something warm... I always tell them if you can do something for others you do it nothing good in life will come if you are able to help and don't
