Okay so last night I was cramping and I don't think my cervix can dilate since baby is transverse?? But anyways today after I woke up from my nap I had a white thin milky discharge run down my leg..any ideas what it could be?

Just because baby is transverse doesn't mean you can't dilate.... But it could just be discharge... Or even some of your mucous plug (looks different for everyone) but it also can regenerate itself... Or some women just have increased vaginal discharge... *usually* if it'd be your water breaking it's a clear liquid and would continue to trickle

Well of course if you still feel concerned or like it could be your water, don't hesitate to call... It's their job =) and they may just have you go into l&d to check and be sure =)
