Hi all. I just joined this group and am trying to figure out some of the abbreviations and language. What's a chemical Pregnancy?

Wednesday’s beta was 45. I knew something was wrong but kept a little hope deep down. Now it’s over?

Are they repeating beta again tomorrow? With me after I started bleeding they took beta on Monday and then on Wednesday, they never told me results just said that it was not what they expect and that I should have a bleed again! I hope your numbers will go up! Please keep us updated!

Took a test this morning and still has two lines. If I had a beta of forty on Monday, when should I expect a negative test?

I just went through similar situation unfortunately I miscarriage our baby. They never told me my numbers, just said not what they expect and that i should expect more bleeding. I hope it’s not the case for you and all works out. It’s such roller coaster.

Thanks girls. I have to do another beta on Wednesday. I don't know what any of this will mean for my supposed start date now? So crazy and upsetting.

Am sorry you are going through this. I also went through the same. My beta went up to 58 but I was bleeding heavily then miscarried. Tomorrow I’ll be having d&c to clean everything out and remove polyps. Good luck love I hope you aren’t having a chemical pregnancy

How strange... yes maybe it's a chemical since is accompanied by all the bleeding. Such an emotional rollercoaster! Hang in there ?

The bleeding was medium for two days with brown spotting . I'm sure it is a chemical . May take another home pregnancy test to see if the lines become darker?

oh, if u had a period like bleeding and ur beta is 40 then it's wasn't a period

maybe implantation bleeding or low progesterone

I would say check it maybe u need to take it

Just got the call. Beta is at 40. Repeating on Wednesday. I don't feel confident with that number and the fact that I just had heavy bleeding. I haven't even told my husband yet.?
